Bitazza Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) or Bitazza Thailand continuously monitors, reviews, and evaluates digital assets listed on the platform to maintain platform standards and ensure that all supported assets meet appropriate liquidity conditions and relevant regulatory requirements.

Following our latest review, certain digital assets have been identified as no longer meeting the Company’s listing criteria, as outlined below:

• Metis (METIS)
• Huma Finance (HUMA)
• Jupiter (JUP)
• Berachain (BERA)
• Render (RENDER)
• Chiliz (CHZ)
• Balancer (BAL)

As a result, the Company will proceed with the termination of services and delisting of the above digital assets from the Bitazza Thailand platform according to the schedule below.

Customers are strongly advised to manage their holdings prior to the specified deadlines.

• If you do not withdraw your digital assets within the specified timeframe, you acknowledge and agree that the Company reserves the right to manage any remaining assets at its discretion.
• You may still contact Customer Support for assistance after the deadline at support@bitazza.com or via the “Help” feature on the application.
• If you wish to withdraw digital assets after they have been delisted and permanently suspended from withdrawal, the processing time may be longer than usual.
• The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or profit/loss arising from investments or from the use of information in this announcement.
• Please be assured that customer assets are securely safeguarded in accordance with the Company’s custody policies and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement this announcement as deemed appropriate and will notify users in advance of any changes.
