Bitazza 101: How to Deposit & Withdraw Crypto on Bitazza

Welcome to Bitazza 101 — your go-to guide for navigating the Bitazza Thailand platform and using our features with ease. This time, we're starting with the basics: how to deposit and withdraw tokens on your account.

We'll walk you through each step—whether you're using Bitazza Thailand via the trading website or the mobile app—so you can confidently send and receive tokens on our platform.


Manage Your Digital Assets via the “Wallet” Tab

Start by logging in to your account. Open the Bitazza Thailand app or go to the web trading platform. Enter your registered email and password to log in. If you’ve enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), don’t forget to open your authenticator app as well.

Once logged in, tap the “Wallet” button in the top right corner if you're using the Bitazza Thailand app. If you're on the web, simply click “My Wallet” at the top of the screen. You’ll see your digital asset balances on your account—then select “Digital Assets.”

How to Deposit Digital Assets

Step 1: Tap “Deposit” after selecting “Digital Assets” in your wallet tab.
Step 2: Choose the token and network you’d like to deposit.

Step 3: Copy the wallet address or save the generated QR code.
Step 4: Open the app you’ll be sending from, then paste the address or scan the saved QR code to initiate the transfer.

How to Withdraw Digital Assets

Step 1: Select “Withdraw” after choosing “Digital Assets” in the wallet tab.
Step 2: Choose the token and network you’d like to withdraw.

Step 3: Enter the recipient’s wallet address and the amount you wish to transfer.
Step 4: Confirm the transaction via the verification email sent to you.
